Crown & Country

We are up to discussion of the Crown (Sahasrara) Chakra today and it couldn't be more fitting that this is the end of season 2. Tapping into your inner wisdom and that of your guides, the angels, archangels, God/Source/Spirit, is the greatest gift you could ever bring to your Being in the lifetime. Intuitively Healing for the Holidays

Today I take you on a self-reflective journey of body, mind, spirit healing...from within. This week I realized how far I've come even after beating myself up for not miraculously or fully healing yet. My sense of pride comes from the little things I've discovered and healed. All on my own, and same goes for you. All You- You are the healer. You are the greatest guru you will ever come across and guess what...it is FREE! We are all capable of being clairvoyant/psychic/superhuman and we are all capable of healing. If you haven't already, perhaps now is the time to begin tapping- in and awakening that third eye (Ajna chakra)- you own personal intuitive connection to the spirit world that is always there to help guide you through- any time, any matter. 

Speak Your Truth

Always speak your truth, unapologetically. The holidays can be triggering for many- loss of friends/family, having to see those you've got beef or cut ties with, holiday drama, etc. This is a very merry episode on how-to remain calm, prevent/control premature holiday anxiety, and most importantly how to remain high-vibe during the joyous holiday season. Lots of mental health resources, grounding advice, chakra healing affirmations, quantum energy healing, etc. Do the work, and you'll soon be so proud of how far you've come. Overall, if you want to hear a passionate "Lawn-guy-land" New York accent, a 'don't f*&^ with me today' mentality, this is for you. (I know how much our friends and family from from Long Island think it's the most hysterical thing to just hear us speak).
